Mission Statement

            The mission of Trinity Presbyterian Church is to be a loving community of faith, welcoming all people, supporting those who seek to grow in closeness to God and to deepen their commitment to serve Christ so that through our lives God’s love may be known.

A Loving Community Welcoming To All
            We seek to encourage joyous, creative corporate worship, study, and fellowship, celebrating in all the church’s activities the rich variety of culture, age, ethnicity and sexual orientation that is part of God’s good creation.

Growing in Closeness to God
            We seek to nurture and express people’s faith and spiritual growth through diversity in styles of worship, through the celebration of the sacraments, and through prayer and service.  We seek to provide Christian education for all ages.

Deepening Christian Commitment in Love
            We seek to nurture growth in commitment to Christ by working for justice and peace in our homes, in our community and in our world.  We seek to be responsible caretakers of the environment. We recognize that conflict and differences are a normal part of any community and present a unique opportunity for growth. As Christians we seek to face these differences with honesty and love, practicing the arts of forgiveness and understanding as we seek to make God’s love and hope known to the community and the world.
